	Appointment Policy We prefer and highly recommend appointments, but we will provide work-ins and accept walk-ins for medical emergencies. We also offer drop-off services for your convenience. Log in to your Pet Portal to request an appointment.
	Pre-surgical Policy We recommend pre-surgical blood work for all surgical patients. In most instances, this service is optional and at the discretion of the pet owner. We advise owners that their pets should not eat solid food or drink a lot of water after 12 PM the night before surgery. Surgical patients are to be admitted (dropped off) into the hospital by 9 AM the day of surgery. This allows our doctors and technicians to observe and examine your pet before surgery.
	Overnight Patients Please wait until after 9 AM to pick up your pet from overnight hospitalization due to surgery or illness. This will allow the doctors to thoroughly examine and assess your pet’s condition before discharge. We do not have someone on the premises after hours.

	Payment Options Our payment policy is payment due upon completion of services. We accept cash, Personal checks (electronically processed throu TeleCheck), Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
