New clients are seen Monday thru Friday for appointments 9 AM-11:30 AM in the morning and 3 PM-4:30 PM in the afternoon. Saturday appointments are available for new clients 9AM-12:30 PM.

Please come in at least 10 minutes before your appointment time so that we may enter your information and have you in with the doctor in a timely manner. To save time you can download and print the canine or feline new client form, fill it out, and bring it in with you for your first appointment.

We ask that you contact your previous veterinarian and bring those records with you or request that they fax these records to us. Our fax number is (904) 733-5024. Be sure to let us know that the records will be faxed to us. For new puppies and kittens, we ask that you bring all information that you received with your new pet (health certificate, vaccination records, etc.) .
